BURNLEY boss Sean Dyche was happy with his side’s performance in this afternoon’s goalless draw at home to Sunderland.
The Clarets played out a third successive 0-0 draw, with Ashley Barnes hitting the bar, although Patrick van Aanholt struck the post for the visitors.
“I think overall we probably edged it, I thought we did at Palace last week and I thought we did today but the Premier League is an unforgiving league,” Dyche said.
“I was very pleased with the clean sheet again, that’s hard in itself to do three back to back, and I was very pleased with a lot of our attacking play, I thought we had a better balance.
“We did look solid but we were also creating chances.”
