A VISIT to Blackburn Rovers was the third most enjoyable away day experience in the Championship last season according to a survey – while Burnley was the third least enjoyable.
The Football Supporters Federation carried out a study of the experience for away fans at matches, taking into account a range of factors including cost, food and drink, transport and view of the pitch.
A visit to Rovers’ Ewood Park ranked third in the Championship, behind Wigan Athletic and Reading.
A trip to Burnley’s Turf Moor ranked 22nd, with Leeds and QPR voted the worst.
In League Two, a visit to Accrington Stanley was voted as the 12th most enjoyable away day experience.
