Farrell takes Burnley development role
ANDY Farrell has been appointed as Burnley’s development squad manager for the rest of the season.
Farrell has been working as the Clarets’ assistant youth team coach but will now take charge of the club’s Under 21 Premier League Cup tie at Exeter tomorrow night.
Academy manager Jason Blake had been filling the role on a temporary basis following the departure of Simon Weatherstone to Bournemouth in January.
