REPORTS in Spain suggest that La Liga strugglers Rayo Vallecano are keen to make Blackburn Rovers forward Ruben Rochina their first signing of the January transfer window.

Rochina dislocated his shoulder in the opening day draw at Derby County and has struggled to win his place back in Gary Bowyer’s starting line-up since returning in November.

The 22-year-old, who has 18-months to run on his Rovers contract, spent the second half of last season on loan at another La Liga outfit, Real Zaragoza, where he scored one goal in 15 games.

A sign of things to come for mid-table Blackburn Rovers.

Or the other way you can look at it WLUV is that other teams have seen how much potential we have throughout our club that they want the talent in their own teams.

Apart from Ings does anybody want to buy any of you flimsy squad?

He's clearly leaving this window which I think is pretty gash.
Ruben is the only replacement for Dunny in the squad. The last remnant of entertainment and talent in the squad!
Bowyer - PLAY HIM! I'd rather watch his failed Rabona's than Robbo long balls!

No problem here if we let him go, very average player he has a little bit of talent but doesn't know how to use it. Keeps the ball to long with no end product, he's just a drain on the wages and not what we need in the championship.

The funniest thing is that these meths soaked chin dribbling gurners were touting his return as the final piece of the jigsaw only a matter of weeks ago and now it's looking like he's off.

These fools will get excited at just about anything.

Well the Tranmere rovers / Scottish pub team reject trialist will probably be the next source of pants messing for the deluded fans of no dad FC.

Flimsy squad that is in an automatic promotion spot.

That's no coincidence no dad.

It would be a major mistake to let him go. Last year, same time we won a couple of games, got over confident, released Formica, Rochina, Vukevic, Rosado and we lost all creativity!!!!

May I also add, every time Rochina loses the ball we make a massive deal out of it, how King and all the other players when the lose the ball, we just got on with it. A great shame bit maybe Rochina deserves a team and a crowd that appreciates him. He was our third top scorer in our last season the premiership, even though he played 10% of the time.

Rochina was playing well prior to his shoulder injury I thought he was our best player.I also understand the fans who feel he over elaborates but cannot understand the coaching staff not informing him about this fault its the same with Goodwillie he never looks up when running why are our coaching staff not sorting these problems out would they prefer to send the players elsewhere?

Frankly he has ben a disappointment and flatters tto deceive. In this league no team can carry someone who flits in and out of a game and does not work hard to retrieve the ball when lost. I doubt if the lad will ever improve but wish him all the best and can only hope the penny drops on what he does need to do. Simply a luxury we can not afford.

Just about sums him up

Good player, I really did think he would replace Tugay, but unlike Tugay he simply isn't a team player and therefore isn't much use, he makes more mistakes that have cost us points or games than positive contributions.
