IN-form Ossett Town completed an Evo-Stik League Premier Division double over Padiham with a 3-1 win at Ingfield – but they needed a last minute goal to be sure of victory.
The Storks were more than a match for the Yorkshire side when new signing James Blackburn converted from close range to give them a 27th minute lead.
But that lead lasted just four minutes as Calum Ward equalised with a shot on the turn to make it 1-1.
Padiham had a terrible start to the second half when Fernando Moke scored from a free-kick to put the home side 2-1 up.
However the win for Ossett was not secured until substitute Chris Ward beat keeper Sean Davis on 90 minutes to seal the points.
