Kieran Trippier 8: Some deadly balls into the box, and superb finish for decisive goal.
Michael Duff 6: Possible mix-up at corner from which Paterson equalised. Essential late block.
Jason Shackell 6: Kept Paterson quiet for long periods but striker still sniffed out two chances.
Ben Mee 7: Bravely used his head to stop progress down the right. Went off with thigh injury.
Keith Treacy 7: Finding form again after return to the side. Offered excitement on the ball.
Dean Marney 8: A relentless performance in middle of the park. Pressed, and played well in attack.
David Jones 8: Had a terrific shot on the turn matched by terrific save at 1-1, and hit bar.
