Ings a doubt for Clarets clash with Watford

Lancashire Telegraph: Danny Ings is a doubt Danny Ings is a doubt

BURNLEY boss Sean Dyche says Danny Ings is a 'maybe' for tomorrow's game with Watford.

Ings took a kick to his ankle in the first half at Huddersfield. He managed to run it off and see the game out but the blow may not settle down in time for the Turf Moor showdown.

Kieran Trippier and Tom Heaton should be okay after knocks but Dean Marney is doubtful again.

Dyche said: "Ingsy's a maybe with a knock on his ankle. Tripps I think will be okay. Marns is a maybe but I doubt it. I think it's a judgement call."

It's a shame but with such a small squad it was always going to catch up to you. We've had our bad injuries and suspensions early in the season but now it's your turn, Things tend to even themselves out over the season. There's still a long way to go.

I take it by that comment you think that your team will have parity with Burnley come the seasons end. Good luck.
I am amazed fake Bristols hasn't been on here gloating at a potential injury to a key Burnley player. She has been praying for such a moment, perhaps it is not serious enough and she is tearing her little Ings doll limb from limb as we speak.

Just saying, we've had our share of bad luck this season whilst everything was going smoothly for Burnley. The injuries and suspensions would have been a worry for a small squad, but every club will have them. Wherever we finish this season I'll take it given the new young team and rookie manager.

You've never been right about anything. You've made a name for yourself being wrong on every pronouncement you've made on here. If, by some run-of-the-mill coincidence you got one single thing correct, how come you conveniently forget the several hundred you got wrong?

Look at all the Blackburn cavedwellers loving the fact that a Burnley player is injured - it just goes to show how far you have dropped that this news has made your week.

Well unfortunately you will have to dismount from your sisters, wipe the pot noodle from your mouth and look on in sheer sadness and disapointment when Burnley extend their lead over you mugs to 15 points again with a comfortable win over Watford whilst you horse-fingerers lose to a predictable defeat at Ipswich.
