Chorley FC are hosting a Legends Evening with current and former Blackburn Rovers players in the Victory Park social club on Friday, March 1.

The evening will be along the lines of a Sportsmans’ dinner but more relaxed and without the formal meal.

There will be a number of speakers including David Dunn, Matt Jansen, Craig Short, Craig Hignett and Chorley manager Gary Flitcroft lined up with a couple of non-Rovers guests yet to be confirmed.

An MC will host the evening and each guest will talk about their own careers and generally chat about best and worst matches played in, best and worst players faced and hopefully a few amusing anecdotes along the way plus the chance of some audience questions.

There will be games and prize draws at intervals including stand up bingo, match your England XI with the Legends and the customary raffle.

Tickets are priced at £12 each discounted to £10 for season ticket holders, which includes a hotpot supper.

Tickets are limited to 140 and can be purchased from the social club bar during opening hours or by arrangement on receipt of payment.
