CHARLIE Austin found the net once more to give Burnley victory against Leeds tonight and maintain Sean Dyche’s 100 per cent record as Clarets boss.

Dyche had guided Burnley to a 2-0 home win against Wolves in his first game in charge on Saturday and Austin’s 83rd-minute header from a Kieran Trippier cross gave them all three points against Leeds.

Paddy Kenny spilled an early Ross Wallace shot before denying Dean Marney’s rebound, before Jason Shackell volleyed just over.

El-Hadji Diouf missed a chance to put the visitors ahead as he directed his effort over the crossbar, but Kieran Tripper then saw a superb long-range effort turned over by Kenny before Charlie Austin’s deflected shot went just wide.

Ben Mee limped off in the second half after a crunching tackle, to be replaced by Danny Lafferty, before Austin fired straight at Kenny from Wallace’s pass.

Austin again saw an effort saved as he attempted to head home Marney’s cross.

But he found the net from Trippier’s centre with seven minutes remaining to incredibly reach 20 goals for the season in only his 17th appearance.
