OLYMPIC gold medalist Steven Burke is among a host of stellar riders slated to start the Chorley Grand Prix cycle race early next month.
The inaugural event kicks off the national Star Trophy Series and as a result has attracted a high quality line up.

Burke will be riding in his new colours of Team Wiggins although Sir Bradley Wiggins will not be riding as he continues to focus on Team Sky duties until May.
It is expected to be the first time racing fans will be able to watch the newly-formed Team Wiggins, who have five riders in the race, on UK shores.
Team Raleigh GAC's Ian Wilkinson, third in the Eddie Soens Memorial Race last weekend, is down to ride as is Colne's Sam Boast who is part of Wheelbase's squad and Martin Woffindin (Cycle Sport Pendle).
Other big names include multi-Olympic gold medal winner Ed Clancy (JLT Condor), reigning Star Trophy Series holder Yanto Barker (One Pro Cycling) and Team Wiggins pair Mark Christian and Andy Tennant.
The race takes place on Saturday, April 4, and covers five laps of a challenging 23 mile circuit which starts and finishes in Chorley town centre.
