A look at tomorrow's big games...

Baxenden v Salesbury

Baxenden were big winners at Cherry Tree last week and skipper Gary Sudworth starred with the ball on his way to a five-wicket haul.

Salesbury won’t be the only side to suffer at the hands of Read this season and they are keen to bounce back on game day two.

Brooksbottom v Whalley

The season got off to a poor start for Brooksbottom as they were turned over big style at Brinscall. They will be a different proposition at The Brox.

Whalley were impressive as they beat Ribblesdale Wanderers and with pro Wilkin Mota a man in form they will be hard to beat.

Cherry Tree v Barnoldswick

Mark Hadfield claimed five wickets and hit a half-century in defeat to Baxenden but he needs his team-mates to step up tomorrow.

Barnoldswick play their first game after an open date and will be in the mix this time around with Sean Lemon a great signing.

Earby v Ribblesdale Wanderers

Richard Craddock’s Earby started well with a win at Edenfield and professional David Crotty hit the ground running.

Ribblesdale Wanderers head to The Applegarth ready to make up for last week’s loss to Whalley as Charlie Jackson chases a first win as skipper.

Euxton v Edenfield

Euxton were beaten by Oswaldtwistle Immanuel last week in a game where they were second best throughout.

Edenfield also disappointed but Joe McCluskie will be used to the Ribblesdale League after his first game and can be a big player.

Great Harwood v Read

Great Harwood gave Clitheroe a scare before losing last week with Stuart Maher bowling superbly. He is joined in the attack by Jason Kayley.

Read put Salesbury away easily last week and look the real deal but they face a tough test of their mettle at The Cliffe

Padiham v Brinscall

Padiham probably should have beaten Settle last weekend but they took heart from the narrow defeat and are close to full strength.

Brinscall’s Senior League debut was something to savour and they are keen to continue to shine after years of Division One success.

Settle v Clitheroe

Settle’s pro Imran Khalid was the difference as his side beat Padiham last week and he will have to perform well again.

Clitheroe look strong again in 2014 after winning the title last time around but this will be a tough test for Paul Gaskell’s men.
