Lancashire League side Church will travel to Egerton while Lowerhouse are on the road at Vernon Carus.
Ramsbottom have also been drawn away from home at Knight Riders while Enfield host Bradshaw.
Ribblesdale League side Clitheroe, who have enjoyed success in the competition in recent years, start at home to Blackpool.
Oswaldtwistle Immanuel have been given a bye into the second round, where they could face Burnley, while Read are away at In Time and Settle entertain Leyland.
Northern League side Darwen will host Lostock.
Meanwhile, Lancashire League side Haslingden have signed Pakistan all rounder Babar Naeem as professional for the 2016 campaign.
The 32-year-old is a slow left arm bowler and left handed batsman and plays first-class cricket for Rawalpindi.
