Bacup to lose pro Peiris

FOSTER'S Lancashire League outfit Bacup have been dealt a blow four days before their big Worsley Cup quarter-final at Lowerhouse with the news that professional Udara Peiris is to return home.
The Sri Lankan has been suffering from a shoulder problem and missed several games but made a return to action on Monday in the defeat to Ramsbottom.
The Lanehead outfit will now look to find a replacement.
