Barnoldswick continue to turn the Veka Ribblesdale League senior division upside down with a third win in four games.
Barlick', more used to propping up the table, sit proudly at the top though hotly pursued by Great Harwood and Cherry Tree.
Indeed, the three sides are the only ones unbeaten after just three weeks of the new campaign.
Barnoldswick's latest success was an 84 run victory at Whalley.
After posting a useful 194-9, the visitors then bowled out their hosts for 110.
Great Harwood were equally clinical in their latest success at the expense of Oswaldtwistle Immanuel.
After amassing 156-8. Harwood bowled out second bottom Ossie' for only 84.
Stand-in pro Zeeshan Pervez was again in fine form with the bat for Cherry Tree, making 80 out of 180-6 when batting first against Ribblesdale Wanderers.
The visitors never threatened to reach their target and limped to 121-9.
Just two points separate the top three with Barnoldswick and Great Harwood locked on 37 each.
Baber Naeem showed his all-round qualities for a second successive weekend as champions Blackburn Northern were beaten again.
He followed last week's eight wicket haul against Padiham with another six as the title holders slumped to 80 all out.
Edenfield faltered in the run chase but the Pakistani all-rounder steadied the ship guided them home with an undefeated 47 from 83-6.
The runs flowed more easily at Clitheroe where Dave Parkinson notched 88 in Baxenden's 190-5.
However, home professional Paul Turner stroked his way to 119 and Clitheroe won by three wickets.
Barnoldswick-like Earby now prop up the rest of the division; the only team without a win.
Settle reached 158-6 and Earby fell 19 runs short.
