Lennon, who also won a bronze medal in the Intermediate 800m in 2007, was part of an ‘On Camp with Kelly’ 1-2-3 in the event. Rachel Stringer (Norfolk) took the title in 2:08.75, with Stacey Smith (Northumberland) taking silver in 2:09.86 and Leigh bronze in 2:10.37.
