DALE Whitham’s goal moved Chorley back to the top of the Evo-Stik Premier Division table with a 1-0 home win over Witton Albion.

Three points were enough for Garry Flitcroft's side to leapfrog FC United and regain first spot.

Ramsbottom United drew 1-1 at home to Farsley in First Division North.

Barnoldswick Town beat West Didsbury and Chorlton 5-2 in the North West Counties Premier Division.
