BURNLEY striker Danny Ings has been shortlisted for the Championship Player of the Year award.
The Clarets’ leading scorer, who picked up an injury in the 3-3 draw with Birmingham City on Tuesday night, is joined on the shortlist by Leeds United’s Ross McCormack and Leicester City’s Danny Drinkwater.
Ings has been in fantastic form for Burnley this season in tandem with Sam Vokes and has also made his England Under 21 debut.
The winner is announced on Sunday.
