Second half underway
Late first-half drama as Skuse shot hits Trippier in the face. Ipswich fans appeal for handball, play goes on and Ipswich retain possession and pile the pressure on, ending with Skuse driving wide of a diving Heaton's left hand upright
Change of keeper for Ipswich - Scott Loach on for the injured Dean Gerken
Terrific ball from Dean Marney picks out Kieran Trippier's run down the right. The defender fizzes a cut-back across the face of goal, it misses everyone and is cleared by Luke Chambers.
Crying out for more quality in the final third when the Clarets do get possession. Michael Kightly has over-cooked a couple of crosses, from either side.
At the halfway point of the first half, Burnley have found themselves with more to do against the ball but are pressing well to force Ipswich back.
Arfield has a chance on the left hand edge of the box but virtually passes it to goalkeeper Dean Gerken.
Not much in the way of goalmouth action in the first 15 minutes.
Ryan Tunnicliffe had a shot from distance deflected well wide, and a chance opened up for David McGoldrick six yards out but was blocked behind.
Burnley are still waiting for their first chance.
