MANAGER Sean Dyche makes four changes to the side which won 2-1 at Leeds United for tonight's Capital One Cup third round clash at home to Championship rivals Nottingham Forest.
Kevin Long returns to the back line for the first time since last month's defeat at Brighton.
David Edgar makes his second start, in for the injured David Jones, while wide men Michael Kightly and Scott Arfield have been rested in favour of Junior Stanislas and Keith Treacy.
Danny Ings and Sam Vokes maintain their ever-present strike partnership in the hope of firing the Clarets into the last 16.
In contrast, Nottingham Forest have made wholesale changes from the team which drew at Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.
