Blackburn Rovers boss has no loan plans

BLACKBURN Rovers are not looking to dip into the emergency loan market after boss Steve Kean insisted his squad was strong enough to maintain a Premier League promotion challenge.
The loan market reopens again today for clubs outside the top flight, after a week of inactivity following the close of the transfer window, but Kean is not anticipating on making any immediate moves.
The Rovers manager added 12 players to his squad this summer, with just a handful departing Ewood Park, and he is confident he has assembled a group of players capable of coping with the competitive nature of the Championship.
Rovers have made an unbeaten start to the campaign, with two wins and two draws, and Kean is hopeful his large squad has enough strength in depth to handle the prospect of injuries and suspensions.
Kean said: “There is that market but I think we have enough players in each position to deal with that, although we did have a scare at the weekend with Scott Dann coming off and Gael Givet potentially cracking a bone in his foot.
“We can report Gael is fine and Scott is not going to be a long term absence, and has a really good chance for Bristol City, and we have Colin Kazim making strides as well and I think he will be fit.
“We have good competition for places. We will keep an eye on it if something drastic happens but we have got good quality in the building.”
Portuguese duo Nuno Henrique and Diogo Rosado were added to the squad on deadline day, along with Polish international goalkeeper Grzegorz Sandomierski.
They join the likes of Danny Murphy, Dickson Etuhu, Colin Kazim-Richards, Leon Best and Nuno Gomes to be brought in this summer, with Kean adamant a large squad is necessary.
“We have got plenty of players,” said Kean. “We have 26 players that can train and play, that is a lot of players to select from and we also have academy players that can back that up.
“So if people are challenging and challenging each other, and you play a practice match between yourselves and there are still some left over, that shows we have great depth and I think we are going to need that.
“We saw that on Saturday, in a heartbeat you can lose two players and you need back up. If it was not an international break we could have had another game on Wednesday and be missing Scott and Gael. You are looking to the bench and that is going to happen time and time again.”

Robbing the Venky's is ok but robbing pensioners of their money is lower than Steve Keans belly.
Looks like another scottish thug has joined the club on the scouting side. Turning into a proper little
Scottish tenament louts club.

There's been plenty of articles written about what's gone on which put a lot more meat on the bones.
I am not trying to be an apologist for CH but the sequence of events leading up to the bankruptcy doesn't seem unusual given the starting point.
I wouldn't know how the bankruptcy works now he is solvent again; he may not be able to favour one of his unsecured creditors over another, even if he wanted to.
However, I can't disagree his reported behaviour and the lack of remorse shown has been, at best, distasteful.

Unfortunately, the all important synaptic link is misrouted and instead produces a little bit more dribble:
"I think we have enough players in each position "
He licks the little bit of dribble around his lips.

Message to numpty (Kean) ... Jones, Samba, Nelsen - you sold it, you and the Venkys and our 'edge' of quality over many Premier League clubs went and with it our status ... our 'cover' is all we've got left and Dann and Hanley (Dewhurst/Broomes/Ta
ylor - mark 2) will never be able to define the word quality - just like you, my dear boy Kean! KEAN OUT!!!
