Haslingden football team's plea for players

Haslingden Junior Girls Football Club is urgently looking for players to strengthen their teams.
The club play in the North Valley League on Sundays and has teams at U9s, U12s 12s, U13s, U15s and U17s.
The U17s and the U15s in particular are in need of more players in both outfield and goalkeeping positions. Haslingden is hoping the success of women’s football during the Olympics – plus the club’s training and playing facilities – will encourage more girls to take the opportunity to have a go at football.
