The return of the Saints!

IT HAS been a year to remember for the pupils at St Bede’s High School after succeeding in a wide range of sports – both as individuals and teams.
The Blackburn school proved they are real all-rounders when it comes to producing talent after winning silverware in a variety of sports from badminton to basketball and football to hockey.

And it has been no ‘one year’ wonder for the super Saints whose under 13s girls football team were crowned national champions last year – a feat that earned them the Grass Roots Heroes junior team of the year award.
With youngsters currently enjoying their summer holidays, staff, teachers and pupils will be hoping for more glory in the coming school calendar.
