Everyone accepts that Kean is in charge until Venky's put their hands in their pockets and pay him off but Rovers fans are allowed to be annoyed by it. Kean won't leave because he loves the money and knows there isn't another managers job out there for him. Venky's know they have made a mistake but will lose all face if they finally admit to it. Rovers fan's are in an unprecedented position where they can't win - they can see their club being ripped apart but no-one cares or listens. If they support the club and the people lying to their faces - they lose - if they protest they lose - if they stay away the club suffers and they lose. Being in the championship could be a new start as has happened before - but look at other teams with far greater resources who have never got out again or sunk even further. We are not Monaco - or Old Trafford - we are Blackburn and all we want is to say that with pride again.

They are at the meeting to try and get answers as to why this club has become a laughing stock - surely your a glory hunter if you don't care about your club and just support another team - not give up a saturday morning to try and get answers about the dodgy goings on at your club? Of course you do....you've been peddling your sh1t ever since Sam was in charge (but under different guises). FYI I was a supporter back when Rovers were in the old third division and fell in love with a club that was unfashionable (all my school pals were supporting Liverpool, United and the like). What I will not stand to watch is people coming in to systematically strip the club of all it's worth to line their own greedy pockets. I was offered many free tickets to watch Rovers last season and the season before - I turned them all down. This isn't about me paying to watch the club I love....this is about me not condoning anything that is going on. I choose to do that with respect to honourable men such as Jack Walker and Bill Fox. I cannot find the words to describe how they would feel of the current regime.

I worry about our signings as I never believe Kean has the eye for a player similar to Mark Hughes/Dalglish so I need to see the player and it usually takes me around 5 minutes to learn if he will add anything to our squad.I can recall every signing since Douglas/Clayton and in all those years the ones who stood out were Field,Hendry,Cowans,
Shearer and Bellamy as signings they all impressed immediately.I think we should be looking at our defence and I hear Warnock our old left back at Villa may be after a club as he has been left out of their squad he can play in midfield as well so Kean will want him too.

I still haven't worked out who infiltrates these comment boards....is it Venky's, Kean or Anderson? Whoever it is is desperate to get their hands on more supporter money...I know that for certain.

I agree with gosprtdunc. He admits to hating Steve Kean still being in charge. It is a bit harsh to call him an idiot. The spelling mistakes are typos.

We have a decent squad, end of.

We are by all accounts sound financially, which is why Scudamore couldn't do anything.

I am looking forward to Ipswich away. If we lose the first five then I will be moaning, moaning, moaning - but until that happens, give it a rest. The club is not being ripped apart. Last time I checked they had gone someway to putting a management structure in place, and we have signed some quality championship players.

I've just attended the meeting with a question for Shebby, and it was far from 'Glory Hunting'

I turned up at Ewood in 1974/75 season and the glory was most certainly hunted in that period under GL with players of little or household names reputation, but what we did see was a club, team, and management pulling out all the stops for this club to succeed which it did majestically.

Same cannot be said of these recent times my friend.

Glory and Hunting have nothing to do with today's stand off - just the right decisions in moving our club forward.

Mr cheeky you are now aptly named :)

Nobody is the slightest bit interested in what you have to say. Venky's and Kean have destroyed a well run and well organised club....history tells that story. Hendry for his part is a disgrace to anything he touches. If Jack was still alive he'd tell you, Venky's, Hendry and Kean to F£CK OFF

As I said before, I don't mind you because you deserted long before we were relegated so cannot be considered a premier league glory hunter, maybe you are just a glory hunter full stop?

Of course you do....you've been peddling your sh1t ever since Sam was in charge (but under different guises). FYI I was a supporter back when Rovers were in the old third division and fell in love with a club that was unfashionable (all my school pals were supporting Liverpool, United and the like). What I will not stand to watch is people coming in to systematically strip the club of all it's worth to line their own greedy pockets. I was offered many free tickets to watch Rovers last season and the season before - I turned them all down. This isn't about me paying to watch the club I love....this is about me not condoning anything that is going on. I choose to do that with respect to honourable men such as Jack Walker and Bill Fox. I cannot find the words to describe how they would feel of the current regime.

I remember back then too, I used to sell programmes on the nuttall st and Darwen end. So as I said I don't mind your opinion at all. At least you've got history and heritage. But I know some people who are my age who, when they were at school back in the day were United fans. Then when the glory years come a knockin I see em up n down in rovers shirts. Now they wear no shirt and take up some other team. Glory hunters. Me, I just follow the team no matter what. Don't care who owns it. I don't even know the owner before Jack Walker, No idea without referring to wiki.

Hello its cheeky monkey here. How did the meeting go then. Was shaggy convincing in his comedy act? Did he meet with expectations?
I hope this is all over soon. I just want to see some proper support for the team thats all. Weve got a lot of untried lads in and that proved disasterous last time round. Has anything changed?

Don't know about John Macnamara we could do with John Macnamee ! He would sort em out , probably sort Keano out as well ! Those were the days !

I can't work out if this guy is a PR man or an idiot - learn to spell for a start and maybe get some of the players names correct and we'll start paying a bit of attention. Rovers fans aren't whinging for whinging sake, there has been a constant campaign of mis-information from the men in charge. Everyone accepts that Kean is in charge until Venky's put their hands in their pockets and pay him off but Rovers fans are allowed to be annoyed by it. Kean won't leave because he loves the money and knows there isn't another managers job out there for him. Venky's know they have made a mistake but will lose all face if they finally admit to it. Rovers fan's are in an unprecedented position where they can't win - they can see their club being ripped apart but no-one cares or listens. If they support the club and the people lying to their faces - they lose - if they protest they lose - if they stay away the club suffers and they lose. Being in the championship could be a new start as has happened before - but look at other teams with far greater resources who have never got out again or sunk even further. We are not Monaco - or Old Trafford - we are Blackburn and all we want is to say that with pride again.

I've been following Rovers for over sixty years and we've had deeper troughs than this I can assure you.
Get down to Ewood and support them or go and follow another team. It's your choice.
