FARAKH Ajaib, defending champion of the Moorhouse’s Golden Cue, is safely through to the semi finals.
The Padiham Snooker Club player beat Dave Howe of Ighten Leigh 3-1 in their quarter final clash.
He was up against Mark Salmon of Colne Legion in the semi finals (due to be played last night) who beat Charlie Docherty 3-0.
The second semi final is between Pete Mercer of Low Moor – who beat Danny Paton of Rolls Royce 3-1 – and Worsthorne’s A Greenwood, a 3-2 victor over Andy Bates of Lamb Club at Ighten Leigh SC tonight, both semi finals the best of five frames.
