Pity he wasn't shown such support when he was at your club. No wonder he jumped at the first chance to leave!

Citeh, Spurs, Man U, Liverpool on TV - thanks Sky!
.
With Sunderland that's 3 home games now moved to 8pm mid week kick off's. Might as well start the boycott of games and watch on TV!
.
At least an empty stadium will embarress Venkys.

Da,da,da,da stevie fletcher, da,da,da, Stevie fletcher It would be hilarious if it proves that steve fletchers goals against the inbreds relegates you.

Venky chicken is now free to all blackburners who have had to sell a kidney to supplement their giros.

I do not understand some of the remarks above! Historically, both Blackburn Rovers and Burnley have had pretty good owners and directors. I remember Bob Lord as a real character as I do Bill Fox neither minced words.Until now that is in the case of the Rovers; I cannot remember a more disreputable family as the Venkys. Back in the sixties I do remember Derek Barnes who wanted to make the Rovers great again, I think they had just been relegated to 1st Division, however the Directors would have nothing to do with it and the club spent the next thirty or so years in the lower divisions. Derek Barnes did however have great success on the race course with a cracking chaser called Two Springs who was favourite for the 1971 Grand National and trained by George Owen at Tarporley. As for the Venkys; what have they achieved at Ewood Park for the good? Sadly nothing and with little prospect for any
improvement.

Dear givet82,
The real problem is that the Venkys are far from a joke and could well end up putting the club into administration.

Only somebody from Burnley could transform Jason Roberts, ex Rovers player who scored the winning goal against them at weekend, into somebody they feel didnt have enough respect as a Rovers player. Its backward thinking

You're right. If we go down, which I think is a distinct possibility, I think we will go into administration, and go down again; such is the shambolic state the club has become, due to shysters, charlatans, and dodgy agents!

Kean OUT! Venky's OUT! Agents OUT! Advisers OUT! Happy Clappers OUT! Censorship OUT! Princes Trust OUT! Sky OUT!
