SWISS international right back Scott Sutter is closing in on a move to Blackburn Rovers.
The 25-year-old defender is due for talks after being made available by Young Boys of Bern.
The Swiss outfit have said it would be a permanent move although sources close to the player have said it could be on an initial loan.
