The club especially Paul Hunt is trying its (his) best to split the fans by coming out with statements such as fear of Counter protests etc, just who the hell do they think they are?

we should remember if chelsea best us this weekend and if arsenal hadn't scored two own goals, then we would be no wins in eleven games. admittedly we were unlucky in the everton and norwich games, but it can also be said that we got lucky in the arsenal and fulham games. which equates to we deserve to have 2 more points than we actually have.

I fully agree, and wish more of the media would see past this calculated and manipulative langage that comes out of SK s mouth and is endorsed by some club oficials. Kean's strategy is to lump himself in with the players and report that the criticism is aimed at them all in general. Then he acts the big Uncle hero who "protects" them from the protests of the "minority". It is all aimed at YOU SK and Venky s to a degree.In any work place, the quality of work ethic and productivity from the employees is completely dependent on the quality of management - a fair balance of high yet realistic expectation, toughness where due (see Mark Hughes for expert advice there!!!) and definite personal boundaries that must not be crossed into the pally pally). We have a squad of real potential which is crying out for experience, a no nonsense approach, and a manager who is honest and with the integrity to say "That was not aceptable play", or even less likely from Kean, "I was wrong, I made the wrong call, I need to learn". If only he realised that honesty and humility would win him perhaps just a little more respect and sympathy! Doubt it ll happen though. Really hope the players do understand that we re not against them, and that we just want somone to shape them to their full potential. Cmon Rovers on Sat. We were 2nd up on MOTD because we are the laughing stock of the PL. The media are lapping up the discontent being shown by the "majority" of fans.
The fans themselves are 100% behind the team, they will support whoever plays in blue and white. But, they cannot support a manager whose record speaks for itself. No football manager has ever in the past let themselves be humiliated so much without resigning. But there is no chance of Steve Kean doing the honourable thing because he knows he will never get another top job in football after his abysmal record that has seen Blackburn Rovers plunging headlong into relegation.
But tomorrow I will be there doing my bit to encourage the players to win win win!

1) Rovers have played extremely well in the last 3 games, but have been unlucky.
2) Only team to beat Newcastle this season
3) It is evident from the last 3 games that kean hasn't lost the dressing room, the players having been grafting on the pitch!

Once again I am left astounded by the immaturity of Kean, the club really does need to get a grip of him - looks like they are not going to sack him so at the very least stop him talking to the press. In my opinion he is now obviously trying to wind up the fans, I would guess that even those that where supportive of him are getting sick and tired of his comments.
I have said this before and I will keep saying it - there are a significant number of fans who have voted with their feet and stopped going to games, this must be many thousands. For my own part my family has boycotted since the start of the season by not renewing our 16 year old season ticket renewals - that's 5 fans - 5 fans that kept tickets when relegated, we are not fickle we just do not agree that Kean should be Manager. Let them who are without sin cast the first stone but the reality is that any business would have dismissed Kean for his recent criminal conviction - its a fact. I am a business leader for one of the UK's biggest companies - I know had I been convicted and not been truthful during police investigations I would have been dismissed. I struggle to understand why an organisation like Venky's with their cultural beliefs did not do the same - there has to be another reason. I do not buy "give the guy a chance", couple the conviction with his very poor performance and he would be a certainty in any organisation to be dismissed - so why not when employed by the Venky's?
I truely believe that any fan that does not agree with the way the club is being run should boycott games. if you have paid for your season ticket ny direct debit - cancel the direct debit, the credit company will have a charge back mechanism to the club. Yes they will chase you but I would write to them and detail why you have cancelled - all the broken promises made by the club, the fact that you are no longer allowed to express your views in the ground by use of a flag and that you have integrity concerns regarding how your money is being used.
Some will not agree and I accept that and I will never be critical of other fans that continue to go to games - its an individual choice but this club is now trying to pitch fan against fan - that has never happened in the history of this club. It is also obvious that the message to the owners is that they will be in danger at the ground - they are attempting to present the protesters as thugs - I can assure them I am not a thug, never have been never will be but I can not be a fan of the current regime at the club & they are a regime. The fact is that Blackburn Rovers is no longer the Blackburn Rovers I have supported all my life - to be fair I'm not sure what it is, I'm not certain who owns it or who controls it

There is no way Kean will resign, he does not have the personal integrity or stature in the game to do that.

The only way I can protest is to continue my boycott.

5. Hoilett had his debut under Sam. Maybe he didn't think he was ready or thought the "too much too soon" thing would be best avoided?

Yes, Kean has bought some good players. All based on scout reports, not him. But, let's ignore that and give him some credit. Problem is what we needed was a goal scorer. He sold Kalinic and bought Yakubu!

Personally i thought the likes of Givet and Samba were playing like they didn't want to be here up until the protests started, now looks like they are playing for a decent move away, my own view!

Anyone remember Keith Andrews, a Blackburn Rovers player who was hounded out of the club by the 'fans'.

Thankfully, the protestors remain a minority - leave it to the majority of the fans to support 'The Club', rather than cherry pick those that are in favour at that point in time.

Been going to the rovers for over 36 years, i have never booed a player in blue n white, given plenty of stick to managers though( jim iley and paul ince to name a couple) if i thought the team was not upto it.

We shouldn't slate Jason Roberts? My favourite subject. As a fan I expect to see effort from the players. Jason may fool you but he doesn't fool me ;)

1) Opta released a stat before last season that JR touched the ball less often than any other PL player last season, averaging once every 3.03 minutes (for a big man up front!!)

2) He SLOWS DOWN whenever he thinks he has to make a tackle. He's made 1 challenge so far this season. Watch closely (if you do watch games) and look. It's blindingly obvious. So obvious that a friend of mine who plays in the PL was telling me they identified it ;) "if you're on the ball and you see Roberts coming towards you don't panick. You've got time because he'll slow down to avoid making the tackle"

3) He hasn't won a header yet this season (to my knowledge)

4) His "distance covered" stats are pretty woeful

So yes, if I pay money the least I want to see is effort and whilst he may fool you he doesn't fool many people

This is getting so repetitive. We don't get a win, Kean berates our lack of 'luck'. We the approach match day, players mysteriously back the manager, Kean reassures Pune that the 'majority' of fans are behind the club and offers yet another veiled dig at the people protesting about the running of the clue. Match day, we don't get a win and re-run the same sequence of events.

The bottom line in football is that it's a results business and Kean is not getting them.

I don't expect to win on Sunday, but I did expect something against Wolves, Everton, Villa, Fulham and more against QPR and Norwich. As we didn't get results, we now need points against teams far stronger than us.

Kean's problem is that he can't keep his mouth shut and either can't see or refusus to address the main problem that many fans don't trust him with a team he's managed only 6 league wins with. He's had very nearly a full season in charge and I'd be surprised to if any manager is still employed with a worse points per games record than his during this period.

I don't think he's that stupid. He must realise the fans are against him, but would like to deflect this towards the players and the club in an attempt to protect his job.

Don't paint the fans as the villans Steve, they were here before you and a number will return when you're gone.

The best way to silence the fans it to get the team to defend properly. After all that is your job...

The fact is that Blackburn Rovers is no longer the Blackburn Rovers I have supported all my life - to be fair I'm not sure what it is, I'm not certain who owns it or who controls it There is no way Kean will resign, he does not have the personal integrity or stature in the game to do that. Like you have said you you have had a season ticket when previously relegated so why stop now? Yes Kean may take us down again but that may happen with any manager, as it has done before, but if you really support a club it should be through all the ups and downs.

Personel, both good and bad, will come and go but the club will still go on and needs supporters to be there and support the club.

When were born I own the area of Ewood Park exactly the same as the next person in Blackburn! Only government legal rules say I dont! God says we do!

I started supporting BRFC when I was 6 years old. I was born in 1985. I started supporting BRFC after my grandad told me his grandad played for BRFC many years ago. I realised something very quickly, fundamentally BRFC was a club made with tradition heart and a fighting spirit. This was embodied by our GodFather Jack Walker. Since 1991 our beloved club has had many ups and downs, celebrating a Premier League title while also being relegated. We are a family club that takes pride in its support and history. It is upsetting, frustrating, and sometimes sickening to see our fans begin to turn on eachother. I agree that the Venky's attempts at building a relationship with fans has definitely been poor and often embarressing. I also agree that Kean should not have been picked for the job and Big Sam should have been given the chance to show what we can do with better financial resources especially after he helped take us out of the relegation zone previously. The owners have not been fully transparent with their intentions for the club and this is what seems to be most worrying about all this. BUT THIS IS THE REALITY. Venky's own the club and Kean is the manager. For all the fans calling for Keans head I can appreciate that you want your voice heard and think Kean should be gone. I would completely agree IF Kean had lost the dressing room, which from what we have seen he definitely has not. He does have the WORST record of any BRFC manager and it is not acceptable. I think though that a lot of problems stem from the fact that we have a small squad and as a club without the financial means to compete with some of the clubs with more support we are finding it difficult to pay big wages and attract the best talent. After feasting beyond our means on caviar at the top table for all but two seasons since 1992, what a bunch of miserable moaners so many Rovers fans have become.

If we'd scored two penalties against Everton and not been given those two late abominable penalties against us in the Everton and Norwich games, we would have FIVE more points and not be doing too bad at all considering we've lost Phil Jones, Ryan Nelsen and David Dunn.

The facts are that Rovers still have the most exciting crop of young players coming through in 50 years.

We are scoring goals (remember the penniless 0-0 days of Howard Kendall which cost us promotion).

And Big Fat Sham would never have tried to play this enterprising, entertaining style of football.

Central defensive injuries permitting, our away form isn't bad, so if only the fans who keep mouthing off at home would only get behind the team we might have had a few more points that way, too.

Football is all about confidence (see Chelsea), so the self-defeating pessimists determined to sink the club into the Championship would do well to remember that.

I was concerned to read that Blackburn are not going to allow their fans to protest before or during the game on Saturday, which is a very dangerous route to go down. If I was a fan and I wanted to protest, then I would. We are living in England and it is a free country - they should let their fans do what they want to do - why alienate your supporters when they are already unhappy? This will only make things worse.

I never, ever thought I would agree with a Mark Lawrenson quote...but on this one, I do.

Kean is correct, most of the fans are behind him and the team.
That is very clear from the low numbers protesting and the tiny response received on the numerous polls going on.
Can all the regular 'Kean Out' posters on here just have a holiday for a week or two and let the real fans talk football??!!

Is a "real fan" someone who goes to as many games as possible, supports the TEAM through thick and thin, going to each game no matter who the opposition, thnking we can do this today and having an opinion on whatever results?

i used to think the crazy people are behind the scenes at rovers. but the more i read these pages, i begin to wonder, about the sanity of fans.

if i was going to be very charitable, i could say the pro kean luvvies are backing kean because they feel sacking him would drain confidence further and as there is nobody (adequate who would come) to take kean's place, would leave us worse off than we are now.

This though is wrong because from what I have read over the last few weeks, would suggest that many fans are delighted with the season’s performances and feel the club is progressing well under kean. can somebody enlighten me why!!!!, alright for the money spent kean has delivered on the quality of signings, but if we do go down they will all end up leaving in a cut price fire sale.

Steve kean has stated himself that the demonstrations, disputes do not affect the team at all they can.easily put these things to the back of there minds they are pros its part of the job from the daily mail november 3rd SKs own positive words.

When did you last hear Kean apologise, never, not even in front of a magistrate for drink driving.. his excuse "someone spiked my drink".. I'm sure he would have blamed hoillet or even the venkys if it would have got him off. He has always had a good reason to avoid taking the blame for some crass performances, yes, there has been improvement over the last few games, but no improvement in results. Finally, I know every manager is ultimately out for themselves, but Kean is o glaringly blatant about it, he cares as much about the Rovers as your average Burnley fan, he has anevery facet of the club, from loyal staff who could see the writing on the wall, to alienating himself from a large part of the fan base and showing complete disdain for freedom of speech and expression by being behind this draconian approach of banning placards and banners from this weeks match. I am sure that other managers , no matter how poor previous to kean, would have done the decent thing and resigned by now. He has to go...and soon

He has always had a good reason to avoid taking the blame for some crass performances, yes, there has been improvement over the last few games, but no improvement in results. Finally, I know every manager is ultimately out for themselves, but Kean is o glaringly blatant about it, he cares as much about the Rovers as your average Burnley fan, he has anevery facet of the club, from loyal staff who could see the writing on the wall, to alienating himself from a large part of the fan base and showing complete disdain for freedom of speech and expression by being behind this draconian approach of banning placards and banners from this weeks match. I am sure that other managers , no matter how poor previous to kean, would have done the decent thing and resigned by now. He has to go...and soon

One thing that shines through on all of these posts is that no one is knocking the team. The only question is should Kean have more time or not.

There has never been a better time for us to come up against Chelski, as they are not playing well, also lack confidence and as total underdogs we should have no pressure.

If we lose SK will still be in charge because we are not expected to win anyway but his position becomes even more untenable amongst the fans (and perhaps the club?) but out of interest what if we do win, which I'm sure we all hope, will he then not deserve another chance.... ?

Yes, and I read that the protesters should shoulder some blame for Hoilett not signing his contract! You sum up the Kean camp perfectly. He's out of his depth but support him any way. He's not a good manager but give him a break! Where does it end? We are third bottom of the league. We are 4 points away from 16th place already. When will you people get it? Blackburn Rovers entertain a wounded Chelsea on Saturday as the home side goes looking for only its second league victory of the season.

Rovers Boss Steve Kean has become increasingly under pressure from a significant number of Rovers supporters after only claiming 6 victories in 31 games as Manager. With Rovers currently sat in the bottom three and on a run of 16 games without a clean sheet, Kean will be hoping for a similar level of performance which saw Rovers beat Arsenal in their only victory in the league so far this season.

Blackburn's inability to keep clean sheets is coming around as often as Protest as the supporters have for the fourth home game in a row organised a demonstration which will be aimed at the Manager Steve Kean for his results, but for the first time will also be aimed at the clubs owners Venkys who are rumoured to be attending the game.

Earlier in the week the club carried out a risk assessment with the help of the Police and from a result of this deemed that Banners in the ground would carry a Health and Safety threat to people attending the game, so therefore supporters would not be able to take the banners into the ground, until the end of the match, when they could be collected from Ewood Parks security office providing supporters handed them over in good faith. This decision was made when the club received Intel that counter protests may occur in the ground should a 45 minute sit in protests take place.

The organisers evaluated the situation and we can now exclusively bring you the full details.

PRE MATCH

Supporters are being asked to bring either a red, white or blue balloon to the game. When the teams are about to kick off all supporters are being asked to blow their balloons up and put a message on each balloon which is aimed at Venkys e.g. 'Venkys sort it out'.

It is the protestors hope that these will be set off as the referee starts the game around the ground. It will be a visual protests aimed at the owners Mis-Management of the club to date.

In addition supporters will be wearing T-Shirts showing their disapproval of the Manager, Whilst Human Banners will be placed in each stand with different messages aimed at the owners and the Manager.

During Thursday the Rent a Plane and Banner campaign got into full swing as kind hearted Rovers supporters donated in the space of a couple of hours nearly a thousand pounds. This covered the costs of the plane which is set for Ewood come Saturday

At some point during the game the Plane is expected to fly over Ewood Park with a visual message. Rovers supporters are being asked to stand with the arms outstretched singing the theme tune to the blockbuster movie 'The Dam Busters' until the plane leaves the area.



POST MATCH

After the match Supporters will hold another 45 Minute sit-in protests calling for the Managers removal. Individuals are being asked to make their way to the Ronnie Clayton Blackburn End after the game, where re-entry to the ground will be allowed for the purpose of the sit-in. In addition people can then bring banners into the ground which have been left at the security office at Ewood

Vitals very own Glen Mullan who is one of the Co-Organisers of the Protest issued this statement.

'The balloon protest is a visual message to the owners that supporters are not best pleased with the how the first 12 months have gone under the Indian Poultry Giants. The club has taken giant strides backwards and the supporters have never felt so distanced from the club in its 136 year proud history. We are hopeful the balloons will also raise the roof atmosphere wise as we all try and cheer the team onto three important points. The effort the supporters put in to raise the funds for the Plane and Banner in such a short space of time shows the unity and togetherness of the supporters behind the protest movement. The group has been galvanised by the restrictions imposed upon them by the club and members of the group has rose by 10% in the last few days. Simon Littler and I have negotiated hard all week with the club and the Police to ensure that supporters are still allowed their right to protests. Although we have had a few obstacles to overcome we are delighted to have found an alternative way to have a visual protest which will be seen by the Venkys. Interim talks have opened up with the club regarding some of the supporter concerns; however there is a lot to be done before the group will consider calling a halt to the protest. The Organising team has also had some feedback from anti-protestors and have taken their issue's on board and these will be discussed and taken into account should another protest be needed in Rovers next game'

Not a bad comment by Lawro, one of the more socially alert pundits, saying it's disturbing to see a ban on banners, England is a free country etc.
The Greeks can riot, you can occopy the front of St Pauls to protest against the bankers, but seemingly Rovers fans cannot protest according to Kean and the Rovers mangement.

First ever post, been watching Rovers since the 70's and followed my Dad there. In life it's easy to follow the sheep and be negative, things appear to be true if everyone says they are. If the Cobbold family had listened to Ipswich fans then they would have sacked Booby Robson, rather than give him a longer contract - they were protesting and burning flags in the stands, they wanted him out. The Premiership is all about win or survive at all costs, hence the success of 'effective' football for clubs on limited resources. Personally I've enjoyed some of our performances this season, I enjoy watching the skills of Hoilett, Formica, Rochina, Olsson...in fact the last time I enjoyed watching the actual football so much was under Souness when we had Duff, Dunn, Jansen et al. So it seems those who are negative just want to survive in the Premiership at all costs including dire football - that's fair enough but I think the insulting and personal nature of some of the comments on this website and at the ground are shameful. We can agree to disagree and just leave it at that. I'm expecting to be ridiculed but I've always loved watching Rovers from the old Third Division through to winning the Premiership. That passion hasn't changed even though the owners have. I'm not actually Ronnie Hildersley but I've always enjoyed watching skilful Rovers players from Brotherstone through to Rochina and I love football! COYB

All protesting Dingles should bring along some jelly for half time when there will also be a game of musical chairs.
The idea is to support the team to a win, not make the club a laughing stock.
If you want to see Rovers fans fighting amongst themselves then bring it on if it gets rid of the idiots

Am I not embarrassed that I mention the conviction - not at all, I also stand by my assertion that most companies would dismiss based on this - I will concede some accuracy in what you say in respect of this - I was referencing Senior Leaders when making my assertion, without doubt a Senior Leader that brought their organisation into disrepute would be dismissed. Steve Kean is a senior leader at the club. Would any business come out and say "we've dismissed because of x,y, z - No, an agreement is reached and suddenly someone resigns
I agree Venky's have the right to do with their club what they want, I have the right to react to what they do how I want - which I have. I will continue to express my views - I dont crticise you for continuing to go to games, thats the beauty of living in a democracy, the right to do what you want and even protest if you see fit, although at 3pm tomorrow the democatic rights of Rovers Fans are suspended. The following poem, was NOT written by myself. I have copied it from the 'Sack Steve Kean' Facebook page. I urge you all to read it. I hope the author doesn't mind me posting it on here. This poem is all the inspiration i need to keep on fighting for the future of this football club, because this man gave us a future - AND WE OWE IT HIM TO FIGHT!! Few people have the vision to make a dream come true The beauty of Jack Walker’s was - We got an invite to Some saw him as a rich old man who bought a winning team But for me they miss the point, he gave us all our dream!! And even if those winning ways never do come back they can’t take away our memories, Thanks to Uncle Jack!! IS THE BANNER BAN THE ROAD TO ANORCHY?
Let us imagine for one moment that Rovers supporters were so delighted with the Venky ownership and Kean was doing a good job as manager thus resulting banners around the ground proclaiming the supporters satisfaction, lets us say for example, KEAN IS KING or VENKYS FOREVER and so on, you get the idea!
Do you think for one moment the powers that be at the club would be BANNING THE BANNERS, in the supposed interest of health and safety?
NO, NEITHER DO I.
The Venkys are going down a dangerous road banning peaceful protest, BE WARNED.
This could lead to anarchy. Already we have had a nasty confrontation with fans and assistant manager Paul Clement at the Rovers dug out during the Newcastle game.
It is far better for a controlled and peaceful demonstration within the confides of Ewood Park than taking to the public highway outside the ground or the rural lanes around Rovers Brockhall training complex.
I am surprised the police have not stepped in to advise the club in this matter. Then again who do the arrogant Rao family ever listen to? Except the discredited agent Jerome Anderson.
Any unruly behaviour or disturbance of the peace around Ewood on Saturday, Venkys and the police authorities will be partly to blame for banning the peaceful protest in a controlled environment.
Let’s us hope for everyone’s sake the day passes peacefully.

Read the rovers walker agreement that venkys said the would hold to there heart and the would stand by it, sadly they have not been true to there words.

There are signs of it in recent games and the players are definitely trying. For me the test is the next 6 games after Chelsea - it is Keans Waterloo.

Change is what will have to happen,performance wise i agree its better but it should not be an excuse for kean to lay hold of the managers job for any longer, as i have said many times now if things dont change they will stay as they are and they are not changing rovers points and position

In fact, has Kean EVER once said we didn't play well in the year he's been here? I can't remember it. Funny that, considering we've only bloody won 6 out of 31 games under him.

It will be very interesting against Chelsea as Venkys reps will be at the game for the first time in a while. Hence, why Steve Kean in a panic is suddenly banning all banners. They will finally hear the true voice of Ewood and that we want this imposter GONE from our club and a real manager appointed.

There are signs of it in recent games and the players are definitely trying. For me the test is the next 6 games after Chelsea - it is Keans Waterloo. . But please if change is needed in late Nov / Dec let it be a quality manager who can play the BRFC way? . 33rd........

Agree there fella what i cant get my head around is and its nothing against any rovers fans pro kean or anti kean but we have fans who say they are happy at the football thats being played now so they wont rock the kean boat,they are happy at the players performances, good players i agree, ollson formica, rochina and hoillet but if we dont start picking up serious points now they wont be playing and we wont be watching these same players play there football next year, they will be back playing in PL with someone else and we will have to start all over again in the championship.We have to change and adapt a lot quicker than we are doing and that means managment, Kean would have to go on a brfc record run of wins to convince me and many other fans now Venky had the fans in there palm of therehands when they took over, myself included i was thrilled to bits and was backing them even at the start some fans didnt like them i convinced them it was a fantastic takeover for us and them,10th from the top and with there backing behind us we should have been touching europe this season.12 months down the line, what has happened to this club is tragic, and many of us who supported venky and kean have now had enough and want areal change for the better.

Well I went to QPR with my brother and nephew and I can categorically state that none of us are behind this clown! I heard Kean speak for the first time on TV today having no real interest in football or Rovers but I could not believe the utter BS coming out of that guys mouth. I used to work with a season ticket holder who never missed a home game, however this year she hasn't even bought a new ticket and has instead decided to watch Accrington Stanley. Steve Kean should be sacked for his lack of respect towards Rovers fans alone. He is clearly the luckiest person ever to have a PL Managers job. His record is appalling and his decisions have cost us more points than they have won. Without a doubt he would have been sacked by any other club in any other league by now.

If BRFC won the league; Kean would still have no respect from me as he has not earned any. The majority of fans (at the moment) follow the Rovers with a blind love. This is the only reason that the demonstrators are a minority. Most individuals are pacifists and prefer to avoid confrontation. Of the remaining few some just don't have the balls to stand up for what they believe in.

For me there are no actual Kean luvvies - its just a split between fans who want him out now and those who want to give the new team a chance after recent good performances (go on be honest - Everton, Arsenal, Spurs, Newcastle and Norwich games were actually very enjoyable to watch?)

We must start to see positive results in theses games ot the axe must be swung at some point. I think a lot of fans share that view and thats why the protest is not getting much support at present. I wish he would just shut up and stop talking about the 'vast majority' of fans being behind. We aren't. Just because you don't hold a banner or go on a march doesn't mean that you support him. We support the players. We hate Kean.

At first it wasn't the losing of football matches that made me dislike him so much, although the fact that he hasn't walked away or been sacked after so many defeats has made me resent him. The guy is obviously out of his depth and I don't blame him for taking a job in the Premier League. What really gets me is all this positive spin he tries to put on things. As if everything is just going to turn around under him. If he stays, we will get relegated. It is that simple.

He talks in sound bites for the benefit of the owners. You already know what he's going to say before he does an interview. The same of BS about the players and owners being behind him. The majority of the fans supporting him. Positives to be taken games, despite being unable to win games.

To say “We can’t let the small minority get to the stage where it’s annoying anybody" just sums the guy and club up. They view the protesters as an irritation that is making things awkward for the club by highlighting his disastrous time in charge.

To finish off by saying that he's been looking for a house is a big two fingers up to the fans and is a way of saying that "I'm here for the long run guys so you better get used to it." I'm sure he has seen some nice ones with the money he's making.

He's a complete joke of a manager and a man for that matter.
