BLACKBURN Rovers look to have taken another step in their pursuit of Portuguese winger Vieirinha from Greek side PAOK Salonika.
Sources in Greece have told the Lancashire Telegraph PAOK will decide on an increased Rovers bid for Vieirinha tomorrow.
Rovers had a bid rebuffed by the Greek outfit earlier in the summer but are believed to have upped their offer to more than £3m for the 25-year-old.
The player is keen on a move to the Premier League but PAOK are reluctant to sell their fans' favourite – although the offer could prove too good to turn down to ease their financial difficulties.
PAOK though are currently in talks with potential new investors and they fear the sale of their star player would not look good, leaving them in a quandary of whether to accept Rovers' bid.
