GARY Bowyer’s Blackburn Rovers reserve team were beaten 2-0 at Liverpool tonight.
Rovers fielded a line-up made up entirely of youth team graduates at Tranmere’s Prenton Park. Suso put Liverpool ahead before Dani Pacheco added a second late on.
Rovers keeper Jake Kean also had to make a fine save to prevent Tom Ince from scoring in front of his watching father, former Blackburn boss Paul Ince.
