TEAM NEWS: Wigan Athletic v Burnley


BURNLEY manager Brian Laws makes four changes to the side which lost last weekend's relegation six-pointer to Wolves as he shapes up for the next one with Wigan.

Top scorer Steven Fletcher comes back into the side after missing the last three games with a broken hand, while in defence Michael Duff makes his first start since January in place of the injured Clarke Carlisle.

Kevin McDonald is recalled to midfield after suffering back spasms last week, with Chris Eagles making way in the starting line-up.

Stephen Jordan keeps his place at left back after replacing the injured Danny Fox against Wolves.

Wigan midfielder Charles N'Zogbia has failed a late fitness test.

WIGAN: Chris Kirkland, Gary Caldwell, Hendry Thomas, Paul Scharner, Marcelo Moreno, Titus Bramble, Hugo Rodallega, James McCarthy, Mario Melchiot, Mohamed Diame, Maynor Figueroa.

Come on now lets get our first win since 1976 in the top flight and build from there.

I for one am fed up of these Guinness Book of Records taunts.
