You'll struggle to beat the dingles though, because they've regularly attracted crowds twice the size of ours ever since they missed the playoffs by a one-goal goal difference under the guidance of that giant of football management Stan Ternent.

I know that we don't always have our luck with the bottom clubs, but this season we've survived and we're gonna give it our up most best with Birmingham . I know that the lads will fight for that Europe spot and won't give up until they've got the three points. So Birmingham beware coz we aint gonna leave empty handed.

It's also a long way from Birmingham to a restaurant with 3 Michelin stars as there are only 3 in the UK (2 in Bray, Berkshire and one in London) but you could always pop in when you visit QPR or Charlton next season in the Championship.

I am a Rovers fan, living in birmingham. I am asian and will be going to St. andrews this weekend. Blackburn is a small town but with an established football club, fantastically run by the current hierarchy!
I sincerely hope rovers cap the season off with a comfortable win at birmingham and get into Europe!
BCFC is NOT a bigger club than BRFC. Rovers stadium, squad, facilities are way better than birmghams. Who is birminghams star player? Do they have one? half decent player? exactly none! I cant wait for them going down :)

BRFC fans won't care if we don't get into Europe. We know we have to rely on other results. It will only be a bonus if we do. We have had another great season. I just hope we don't lose too many big name players before next season. Hughesy is a top quality manager.

As for the Brummies....... it's all gonna end in tears come saturday. Unfortunately, when you are a BIG CLUB (as the Birmingham fan insists) and keep buying rejects and players that can't cut it at other big clubs (ie Damien Johnsen, Martin Taylor)you are only doomed for one place... we have an absolutely brilliant chance to get sixth here....lets get another 0-4 result at st andrews, like when tugay scored that screamer!

villa will lose at west ham i feel, as west ham have a point to prove after their inept performance at old trafford, villa seem to have run out of steam.

unfortunately i wont be at the game, but i'll be kicking every ball with you lads!

Your not far wrong with the line up for Sunday Joe , starting 11 virtually picks itself at the moment. big question is what tactics and what positions are individuals going to play. hughsie has pulled out a few surprises in the last few weeks which has freshened everybody up.
its the bench were we have a few problems arnt benni and dunny still injured? even if dunny isnt i think the axe will be prefered to dunny for this game.

ps not particularly bothered about how big a club birmingham are or could be, or what happens to them, thing that matters this weekend is a win for the rovers. it means more money in the kitty, plus a possible european place.

If you knew anything about food you would know that the food at Rovers is done by Northcote Manor - which is a nationally renowned restaurant in, guess where, Blackburn. It is far superior to any Birmingham restaurant - don't take my word for it though just look it up on the net.

Dunno bout playin the same startin 11 as we did V Derby, we were awful in the 1st half! brum will be nervous though so we need to hi tempo from the start!

yeh, i think it will be shut for about a week,

re. the online shop, they can keep the current one going until the new site is ready thenjust do a swop over, should only take a hour or two for the swop.

what ever money they miss out on will be made up by the extra stuff they will be selling. the club shop now is shocking. so the change will be good in the long term.

Couldn,t agree more Robbie.The so called club shop for the last four years as been a joke.Lets hope it goes back to how it used to be,selling a full range of exclusive Rovers merchandise and not the discounted,end of line rubbish currently on offer.
