Rovers have announced a seven-figure sponsorship deal with online sports betting operators 10Bet.

A three year agreement has been signed and the 10Bet brand will be present on the club’s home and away shirts from this season until 2021.

The new home shirt will be released this morning, while the away strip will be announced later this month.

10Bet replace Dafabet who have been the club’s shirt sponsors since 2015. Rovers agreed a three year deal with the online gaming company which came to an end this summer.

Daniel Corcos, 10Bet Marketing Director, said: “Blackburn Rovers are an iconic English club with a large and passionate fanbase and represent a superb fit for our growing UK brand.

"We’re lining up a wide range of events and initiatives to engage directly with the club’s supporters and the local community, and look forward to supporting Blackburn Rovers on their way back to the Premier League.”

Rovers’ Chief Executive, Steve Waggott, added: “We are delighted to welcome 10Bet on board as the club’s principal sponsor. It is great to partner with a forward-thinking brand which, like ourselves, has ambitious targets over the coming years.

"The timing is perfect, as they have brought forward their new visual identity because they see Blackburn Rovers as the perfect vehicle for them to take their focus into the UK market and hopefully our journey together will bring success both on and off the pitch.”

Last season saw Rovers announce a number of new sponsors, including the Energy Check and Recruitment Driven as back of the shirt, and shorts, sponsors.

The club also added social media and website partners as they look to increase their commerical revenues on the back of promotion back to the Championship.
