Rovers full-back Derrick Williams has signed a new three-year deal at the club.
Williams is the latest player to commit their future to Rovers through to the summer of 2021.
The 25-year-old’s previous deal was set to expire next summer after signing from Bristol City in 2016 for a fee of around £250,000.
Williams won the club's player of the season prize in his debut year at Ewood Park in 2016/17 and has missed just one league match since Tony Mowbray took charge in February 2017.
His form earned him a call-up to the Republic of Ireland in March before winning his first senior cap in the defeat to France in May.
