Rovers are back in the Championship next season after promotion from League One at the first attempt.
And they will learn the order of which teams they will face in 2018/19 fixtures when the fixtures are released on Thursday, June 21, three days before the players report back for pre-season training.
Twenty-one of the 23 teams that Rovers will face next season are known. The last two will be decided when Fulham take on Aston Villa in the Championship play-off final on May 26 before the League One play-off final between Rotherham and Shrewsbury the following day.
The Championship season will start on Saturday, August 4 before the earlier than usual transfer deadline day on Thursday, August 9.
Rovers begin their pre-season programme of games on Saturday, July 8 with a trip to Hibernian (3pm) for a game which will be the testimonial for Hibs defender Paul Hanlon.
They will wrap up their matches with a trip to Accrington Stanley on Saturday, July 28, with at least three more games to be announced, including at least one at Ewood Park.
