Rovers have requested more tickets for the trip to Charlton Athletic later this month after selling out their allocation.

The club announced earlier today that the 3,030 tickets they had been sent for the game at The Valley on Saturday, April 28 had sold out.

The game is Rovers’ final away trip of the season and their penultimate fixture of their League One campaign.

Rovers have requested more tickets and are awaiting a reply from the London club on whether more will be made available.

It is their second sell-out of the month, after Bristol Rovers on April 14, while the away fixture at Doncaster on April 24 is also heading for a sell-out.

Rovers have averaged away followings of 2,200 in their 21 away matches so far.
