Rovers fans sold out their allocation for the trip to Fleetwood Town in just four hours, as 1,125 saw their side make it 16 games unbeaten in the league.
Richie Smallwood's late winner handed Rovers a 2-1 win moved them in to the automatic promotion spots for the first time this season.
Bradley Dack had Rovers ahead in the first half, only for Connor McAleny to equalise 11 minutes after the re-start.
But Smallwood scored a fine winner to send the away end in to raptures.
