IT’S a strange situation that Michael Keane would probably have had more chance of playing at centre back for Manchester United than for Burnley this weekend, but I think we’ve got a good young squad here now.

United have come out and said they have an injury crisis at centre half and maybe Michael would have ended up playing for them against West Ham had he still been there rather than on loan at Burnley.

Michael was a substitute for Burnley against Sunderland last weekend and you would probably expect Michael Duff and Jason Shackell to play at West Bromwich Albion tomorrow, but maybe Michael might be an option if any of the injury doubts miss out.

He can play right back and there seems to be a slight doubt over Kieran Trippier, and maybe he could even play in defensive midfield if either Dean Marney or David Jones is out.

It would be interesting to see who would play if either of those two was injured. It would a blow because they’ve both been important players.

Whether a young lad like Steven Hewitt would be considered, or maybe someone like Scott Arfield could move inside and Ross Wallace could play out wide.

Scott has been a revelation for Burnley and he certainly wouldn’t let anyone down.

Nathaniel Chalobah was brought in on loan from Chelsea probably with a view to playing, so maybe it would be an opportunity for him too. There are some good options to bring in.

We have two back-to-back away games against West Brom and Leicester and they are games we are capable of getting a result from, although they are still very tough games. All matches are in the Premier League.

West Brom have had two good wins in the last week, and no-one would have expected Leicester to come back the way they did to beat United 5-3.

We haven’t got that first win yet but there’s certainly nothing to worry about at the moment.

If we had lost every game so far then you would have reason to worry, but that’s not been the case.

There are very few points between the bottom and mid-table at the moment so you’re only one win away.

We just need the ball to come off someone’s backside to get that goal.
