BURNLEY’S Premier League opener with Chelsea on Monday night is set to be a sell-out with Turf Moor ticket chiefs saying only a few hundred remain on sale.

The Clarets play their first top-flight fixture for five seasons when Jose Mourinho’s side come to town and it is expected the remaining tickets will be snapped up over the weekend. Chelsea have sold out their allocation of 4,036.

Meanwhile, Burnley have been drawn at home to Championship side Sheffield Wednesday in the Capital One Cup second round.

“It’s good to be at home and it’s a good challenge,” said Dyche.

“The Championship, as we found last year, is a tough league so I don’t think there’s anything other than the thought of going hard in that game to win it. That will be our focus for sure.”

The tie will be played in the week commencing August 25 with an exact date yet to be announced.
