Bowls: East Lancs’ night of celebration
BOWLERS will celebrate the 150th anniversary of Blackburn’s famous East Lancashire Club on Thursday with a special tournament on the Dukes Brown greens.
The club, which is known throughout the world for its Lancashire League cricket team, also has active squash and crown greens sections.
And it’s the bowlers coming to the fore when they take place in the 150th Celebration Open Doubles.
