Readstone United Junior Football Club, which has recently received the Charter Mark for Junior Football from the LFA as an acknowledgement of the high standard of coaching and organisation within the club, is looking for new players.
Next season Readstone are hoping to run teams at under sevens and eights level and have begun training sessions on Read school field on Saturday mornings between 9.30 and 11am.
Any boy or girl who is aged six or seven and is under the age of eight on the August 31 this year and is interested in playing football is asked to turn up for the training.
In addition, new players are also required for the Under Nines team which is for boys and girls who will be under the age of nine on August 31 this year.
This training will given by existing Readstone managers who are all F.A qualified coaches and CRB checked.
