BLACKBURN Rovers have made two changes for this afternoon’s Championship clash with Charlton Athletic at The Valley – a clash they must win if they are to remain in with a chance of making the play-offs.

Fit-again duo Tom Cairney and Michael Keane return to Gary Bowyer’s starting line-up at the expense of Jason Lowe, who hurt his ankle in Monday’s 4-2 win at Birmingham City, and Todd Kane.

Relegation-threatened Charlton, who won 3-2 at Sheffield Wednesday on Monday thanks to Marvin Sordell’s first hat-trick of his career, make one change.

Astrit Ajdarevic has replaced Simon Church, who scored the only goal of the game in October’s reverse fixture between the teams at Ewood Park.

Charlton: Hamer, Solly, Dervite, Morrison, Fox, Poyet, Jackson, Cousins, Ajdarevic, Harriott, Sordell. Subs: Thuram-Ulien, Wood, Ghoochannejhad, Church, Obika, Petrucci, Wilson.

Rovers: Robinson, Keane, Hanley, Kilgallon, Olsson, King, Cairney, Evans, Conway, Gestede, Rhodes. Subs: Eastwood, Kane, Varney, Williamson, Taylor, Feeney, Rittenberg.
