BLACKBURN Rovers’ outside hopes of a top-six place remain alive after Rudy Gestede scored a dramatic injury-time equaliser to earn a deserved 3-3 draw at fellow play-off outsiders Watford last night.
The last-gasp strike ensured Rovers moved eight points off sixth-placed Reading going into Saturday’s trip to Millwall.

He said: “Rudy Gestede was unplayable and rightly got the deserved equaliser.
“A point was the least that we deserved. I thought that we were excellent.
“Until the referee gave their penalty we were comfortable. That gave them a lift but we responded ever so well.”
