With The Ivy's clash against Oswaldtwistle St Marys postponed, Rimington have cut their lead to a couple of points.

Burnley Athletic, in second spot, cruised to a 3-1 win over bottom club Colne United.

Read United were the big winners, crushing Rock Rovers 7-3, while Pendle Forest celebrated a 3-2 win at Burnley Belvedere.

Whinney Hill kept their Reserve Division title title hopes alive with a crushing 5-1 win over strugglers Peel Park.

Bottom of the table Waddington saw off Barrowford Celtic 3-0 in the basement battle, while Rimington were convincing winners by the same scoreline at Burnley Belvedere.
