BURNLEY striker Sam Vokes scored his sixth international goal in Wales’ 3-1 friendly win over Iceland.
Vokes started the match at the Cardiff City Stadium and benefited from good work from the world’s most expensive player, Gareth Bale, to find the net in the 64th minute.
Bale darted down the right wing and when his cross-shot was parried clear, Vokes was on hand to head home from a yard out.
James Collins had put Wales in front but an own goal from Ashley Williams made it 1-1 before Vokes and then Bale struck.
