McMilllan led the charge in a 4-3 win with Marcus Kay and Adam Jones also weighing in with a goal each.
Burnley Road FC cruised to a 2-0 win at St Mary's College OBFC, while Park hammered Arden Athletic 4-1.
The match between Hapton FC and Whinney Hill Reserves finished 1-1.
Water FC were the big winners in Division Two, swamping Hyndburn Athletic 8-0.
Rosegrove Railway also enjoyed a goal feast, steaming to a 6-2 win over Globe Bullough Park.
John McDonald, Connor Brierley and Ryan Field all found the target in their 3-0 win over Crown Athletic.
