FOSTER’S Lancashire League side Nelson are looking towards another successful season for their junior sections and are keen to find new talent ahead of the start of their indoor net sessions.
The Seedhillites, who have a thriving youth set-up, have a tradition of their younger players going on to feature for the senior sides and indoor practice for the U15s begin at Burnley’s Spirit of Sport centre on Friday, February 21.
They run until March 28 between 6pm and 7pm.
The U13s will also train at the Spirit of Sport centre and they will be indoors on Saturday’s between February 22 and March 29 with an hour of training between 1pm and 2pm.
Sessions for the Under 9s and Under 11s run at Nelson and Colne College on Mondays between 7pm and 8pm.
They start on Monday, February 24 and end on Monday, March 31.
And new players are welcome but Nelson’s junior co-ordinator Andrew Pettinger should be contacted first.
