Paul Cook
FORMER Accrington Stanley manager Paul Cook and former Burnley duo Graham Alexander and Russ Wilcox are among the nominations for the League Two manager of the month.
The trio are in charge of Chesterfield, Fleetwood and Scunthorpe respectively. Chesterfield’s former Stanley winger Gary Roberts is up for the player of the month award.
