CELTIC are the latest club to be linked with former Burnley loanee Rhys Williams. The Australian, currently at Middlesbrough, is the subject of a £1m bid from the Scottish giants while Swansea are believed to hold an interest.

CHELSEA forward Samuel Eto’o will sign for Spanish side Real Mallorca when his short-term deal at Stamford Bridge expires at the end of the season.

MANCHESTER UNITED will have to pay £40m if they want to prise Juan Mata away from Chelsea. The Spaniard is believed to be keen on a move to cement his chances of making Spain’s World Cup squad.

Reports in Brazil claim that MANCHESTER UNITED are close to agreeing a deal with Bayern Munich for Brazilian defender Dante who could cost as much as £20m.

STOKE CITY are keen to tie up a £5m deal for Monaco striker Emmanuel Riviere having allowed young striker Juan Agudelo to join Dutch side FC Uterect on loan until the end of the season while he awaits a work permit to make his debut for the Potters.
