Former BURNLEY midfielder Rhys Williams, who had been linked with a possible return to Turf Moor, is a £2m target for Swansea City as they seek to solve their injury crisis.

WEST HAM are keen to sign Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen but Hammers boss Sam Allardyce has admitted a deal, even a loan move, for the Belgian is unlikely.

ASTON VILLA defender Alan Hutton is a target for Premier League pair Stoke City and Fulham with both prepared to pay £3m for the Scotland international.

CRYSTAL PALACE are keen to complete a deal for Danish international forward Simon Makienok and are in talks with his club Brondby over a possible £2m move.

LIVERPOOL are continuing their pursuit of Real Madrid ace Alvaro Morata even though the 21-year-old has pledged his future to the Spanish giants. North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham are also monitoring the situation.

BLACKBURN ROVERS could sanction Crystal Palace’s move for Scott Dann if the Eagles take out of favour striker Leon Best as part of the deal. Palace chief Tony Pulis is a keen admirer of Dann.

Paris St-Germain are set to offer NEWCASTLE up to £26m for Yohan Cabaye, 27, and the France midfielder wants to return to his homeland.

LIVERPOOL are keen to sign Basel’s 21-year-old star Mohamed Salah but are bulking at the £12m asking price the Swiss club have put on the Egyptian winger’s head.

SOUTHAMPTON’S former Burnley star Jay Rodriguez is seeking clarification on his future as Liverpool prepare a bid for the England ace.

NOTTINGHAM FOREST are keen to secure a loan move for Sunderland striker Danny Graham, who is currently on loan at Hull.

Muamer Tankovic, Fulham’s 18-year-old Swedish forward, is interesting Liverpool. The teenager is out of contract in the summer.

FULHAM are keen to sign Swansea City left back Neil Taylor and are prepared to pay £4m to lure the Wales international away.

If Jay goes to Liverpool they'll be a few quid in it for the mighty clarets

Part of his deal means the sell on fee could further increase SD's war chest.

More good news for ginger Moriniho!

I hope Jay goes to Anfield. Why on earth Brendan Rodgers signed Aspas when he could have got this much better, younger player in the first place I don’t know. They play in the same position.

Bless your green-eyed monster coming to the surface.

Are you jealous of Burnley diddums? Does seeing us fighting for promotion make you really upset, are you going to cry?

Poor old Blackburn, as if watching their own car crash of a team wasn't enough, they are being forced to watch their bitter rivals marching on to the Premier League - no wonder bellsmashes like this guy are so upset.

Never mind.

What colour is the sky in your world today? I think you've been on the White Lightning and Wacky Baccy - the closest thing you'll get to Champagne and Charlie.

Just you watch history repeat itself, I'm not green eyed, genuinely feel sorry for the Burnley fans being shafted up the backside by their Ambitionless Board over the years. Kirby trousering transfer money and parachute payments.

Whereas we have had the good fortune of an owner who backs his home town club and helped us achieve the Holy Grail my deluded friend. Just glad I could witness it in my lifetime - do you honestly think you'll do the same?

Do I honestly think that my board will rob a senile old man blind and extort a load of money out of him when he clearly didn't know what he was doing, like Blackburn shamelessly did with Fat Jack?

No, I don't think they will.

You carry on feeling sorry for us while we are sat in third place in the league, a massive 14 points ahead of your sorry bunch of overpaid losers and just a point behind an automatic promotion place - that is possibly the funniest thing I have read on here, you evidently have a few marbles rolling around upstairs.

Answer me this, would you swap places with us in the league?
