BURNLEY'S Under 21 Premier League Cup quarter final tie at Exeter City will take place on February 4 (kick-off 7pm).
The Clarets made the last eight of the inaugural competition after beating Bolton, having previously overcome Wigan, Crewe and Sunderland in earlier rounds.
Exeter, a Category 3 Academy side, beat Blackburn Rovers to earn their place.
They had beaten Crystal Palace and Southampton in reaching the last 16.
Ticket information for the game at St James' Park has yet to be announced.
A full list of quarter final ties is as follows: Fulham or Arsenal v Chelsea; Wolverhampton Wanderers v Reading or Watford; Newcastle United v Manchester City; Exeter City v Burnley.
